Kin Legacy Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Kin Legacy, you agree to these Terms and the Kin Legacy Privacy Policy. If you use Kin Legacy on behalf of a family group, you are responsible for using the service lawfully and respectfully.

2. Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate sign-in and profile information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tree access depends on invites, membership, and account linking.
• We may suspend access to protect security, privacy, or service integrity.

3. Family Data

You are responsible for having appropriate permission before adding, importing, or sharing member information. Family Tree data, member details, tasks, wishes, and call context should be used only for legitimate family coordination.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Kin Legacy to:

• Harass, impersonate, exploit, or harm another person.
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent relationships, invites, or identity.
• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Service Changes

Kin Legacy is evolving. We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue features as needed. Some beta features may change before general release.

6. Availability and Support

We aim to keep Kin Legacy reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Disclaimers

Kin Legacy is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that family data entered by users is complete, accurate, or suitable for legal genealogy records.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arkmation Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
